WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS​

​​Our group workshops include the globally sought-after Search Inside Yourself, a mindful-based Emotional Intelligence leadership training developed by Google in partnership with leading edge experts in the fields of neuroscience, business and psychology.
Our highly experiential programs include a series of exercises, concepts and science permeated by plenty of discussion and Q&A. Participants leave the trainings with a practical toolkit that has the power to transform how they deal with every life situation.
Each program is tailored for the client's needs and presented through different lenses depending on the audience.
Workshop benefits include increased focus and attention, better capacity for stress management and resilience, development of clear and effective communication skills, strengthening of teams and greater well-being. Format can be virtual or in person and duration can vary between 60 minutes to multiple days, depending on clients needs.​​

THE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

A year long training experience that encompasses the best of the best of the bnow methodology. It provides participants with Emotional Intelligence tools and practices that will drive impact and bottom line results for the organization, create a culture of trust and collaboration and establish an exceptional work environment.

With a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, a curated library of resources and a thorough integration strategy, participants will spend 12 months immersed in an experience that will transform the way they relate to themselves, to others and the world and uplevel their leadership skills so that they can be the best version of themselves and create extraordinary impact.

SPEAKING

We deliver talks in leadership conferences, team gatherings and a variety of events.

Our talks are inspiring and interactive sessions that bring to the audience a combination of experiential learning, diverse content and science-based research. The topics vary from "overcoming limiting beliefs" to "mindful parenting" and much more. We provide mindful-based emotional intelligence skills with practical applications that participants can incorporate to their lives immediately and achieve higher well-being and optimal performance.

Speaking engagements can be customized to your organization's needs and held as stand-alone presentations or integrated into a conference or off-site.​

ASSESSMENTS

Assessments are a great way to facilitate self-awareness for individuals and team awareness for groups. It provides insights and actionable strategies for people to better understand their preferences and patterns and move in the direction they want.

 

We offer a variety of assessments including:

  1. iPECs Energy Leadership Index - a research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. It empowers individuals to understand how they are relating to the world and take steps to move up the energy ladder in order to experience growing positive results and well-being

  2. DiSC - is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model, categorizing people into four personality traits: dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness. When taken as a group, it allows participants to understand how to better relate to each other in a very simple and guided way.
